• Do not replace my graphics with your own.
• Do not copy my HTML or CSS coding and use it on your own layouts.
• Do not archive my designs without my permission.
• As of May 7th 2005, designs may be used on any online journal site including xanga.com. However watermarks, links back to Aethereality, and other resource sites must work properly.

Graphics: Avatars, Wallpapers, & PNG

• If you use any resource from this site, a link back is required.
• You are only allowed to add your name on the avatar. NO further alteration is allowed.
• Do not use my wallpapers as a base for your graphics. (e.g. cropping it down into smaller buttons, banners, or avatars)
• Do not archive my graphics or resources without my permission.

Resources: Brushes, Textures, & Tutorials

• Textures and brushes are for your personal use only.
• If you like to use them for commercial purposes, contact me first and we can work something out.
• Do not post my brushes on your site or some other forums. If you'd like to show people Aethereality.net's brushes collection, please link them to the brush page instead.
• Unless you are the original author, tutorials are to be on Aethereality.net only, don't put them up on other places (e.g. your site, forums)

General

• No plagiarism of textual materials such as tutorials and writings.
• No imitations or derivative works of graphic materials on this site.
• No part of this site shall be MIRRORED or DUPLICATED.
