xx Rearranging the Furniature

I made an absolute ton of changes to the site this weekend.  Most of them are visual changes, but there is some new features too.  I'll list the changes at the end.

Please welcome GeneD, Hina, and Kato as the new wallpaper admins!  They are going to be a big help managing the wallpaper gallery with me.  Hina will also be in charge of choosing the "Featured Wallpaper Artist".  With them helping I will have more free time to work on other aspects of the site (new pages and fun code stuff), so I am very excited to have them join the team!

Changes:
-New Japanese paper texture scans added to Image Exclusive
